A hands-on 60-minute session on building presentations with AI — without ending up with beautiful slides that say nothing.
What This Smart Session Is About

Most people ask an AI tool to “make a presentation about X” and get back something that looks polished and says nothing. The slides are clean, the bullets are balanced, and the argument is missing.
This Smart Session takes a different starting point: your content comes first, and the tool comes second. We will work through how to bring your own material — a report, meeting notes, figures, a draft — into an AI tool, how to tell it what the presentation actually needs to achieve, and how to keep control of the message instead of accepting whatever the tool produces first.
We will look at how this works across the AI tools nonprofits already use, and where each one helps or gets in the way. The focus is on the working method rather than on any single product, so you can apply it with whatever you already have access to.
By the end of the session, you will have a repeatable way to go from raw material to a presentation you would be comfortable putting in front of a board, a donor, or a partner.
